Each player has strengths and weakness. Just throwing players together to do group fitness often results in stagnated improvement times. We believe that just as on the court there is a path to success with the fitness. The foundations of fitness are stability which include pre-hab and rehab routines. Next coordination both hands and feet expecially the younger players. Agility and stamina are always factors of success in tennis competition. And lastly strength and flexibility allow the player do more on the court. Creating the complete athlete is the goal of the private fitness of Luciani Player Development.
Upon arrival full time players are tested and observed in match play to determine what things are most important to the success of the player. The goals are to improve on the court but also remain injury free though the program.
